FAQs

Q. What is Bitcoin(BTC)?
A. Bitcoin(BTC) is a cryptocurrency. It may be described as a virtual currency or a digital currency – it is a completely virtual version of money, and each Bitcoin is a computer file stored in a “digital wallet”. Bitcoin transactions are recorded in a public list called the Blockchain. Basically, it is an online type of cash, and can be exchanged for real money.

Q. Why Bitcoin?
A. It’s the way of the future, and this should interest absolutely anyone who is looking for financial freedom. This includes investors who are looking to diversify from more traditional portfolio options like fixed investments, stocks, property, gold and so on. If you have already started to accumulate Bitcoin, and are inclined to HODL, perhaps it is time to think again.

Q. When can I withdraw my BTC displayed in my Balance?
A. You csn receive payouts once you have reached the sufficient levels in the program. The minimum payout amount in the program is 0.05btc.
The Balance displayed in your back office is not for payouts, it is the amount accumulated for your next level move. After that has been done, the next donations coming in is used from your Balance to create New Positions for you in your matrix. After you move to the next Level, your New Positions created, all additional donations for that level will automatically be paid out to the wallet you indicated on the system as the donations come in from your lower genealogy. This is all done automatically through the system.

Q. It's been more than 12 hours and my Next Level Move has not been done, why is it taking so long?
A. We are using btcpay API service to handle all transactions on the platform. At times the Bitcoin Blockchain get's congested because of many transactions and that will cause delays that in turn will cause a delay on the network. Be patient and wait for the transactions to confirm on the network. Another important thing is to ensure you donated the correct amount, as we find many transactions with only partial donation amounts on the system. If you find that you did not donate the full amount, then simply donate the remaining amount to the same wallet address in the allotted timeframe to get the confirmation for your donation.

Q. My Referrals signed up under Admin, how can we fix this?
A. It is vitally important that the Sponsor and the Referral double check to see they are signed up with the correct sponsor BEFORE THEY COMPLETE THE SIGN UP FORM AND DONATE for any positions on the system. Because once a donation is made there is no turning back, it is impossible to move such a person back under the correct sponsor, since the whole matrix upward will be uprooted, and we are not willing to try and fix that for anyone. If the Referral followed the link and they arrive under someone else for whatever reason, they simply need to sign out, clear their browser history and then follow the link again of the Sponsor. Then again they need to ensure they arrived at the correct sponsor before they sign up and make a donation.

Q. When can I join the Phase 2 - Altruist Matrix?
A. You can donate a position in the Phase 2 - Altruist Matrix once the following conditions have been met:
- You need to have donated at least 1 position in the Phase 1 - Helper Matrix.
- Since the Matrices run independently from each other, it is advisable that when you are not sure if your upper genealogy is in the Phase 2 - Altruist Matrix or not that you first enquire from them if they are in the Matrix, so that you will spill down to them when joining. If they decline to be in the Phase 2 - Altruist Matrix then you can go ahead and donate your position/s in the Phase 2 - Altruist Matrix. This is not mandatory, but we advise it to maintain the integrity between you and your upper genealogy.

Q. When can I join the Phase 3 - Philanthropist Matrix?
A. You can donate a position in the Phase 3 - Philanthropist Matrix once the following conditions have been met:
